To Adam Dukovich, athletic success is dependent on the amount of time a person invests in sport. At the age of thirteen, on the suggestion of a friend, he gave Boccia a chance, falling in love with its strategy and game play. He has since competed at the 2008 and 2012 Paralympic Games and won bronze at the 2011 World Championships. Adam is currently enrolled in an online bookkeeping course where he can fit his schoolwork around his training schedule. He enjoys listening to audio books and remains a self-proclaimed television buff.
