Mathieu Charbonneau
Mathieu joined the INS Québec in 2009. He holds a Master’s degree in Human Kinetics (Biomechanics) from the Université de Montréal and has extensive experience in movement and performance analysis. He is most interested in measuring performance during competitions or intense training sessions. He is constantly developing different measurement tools and methods to better understand the athlete: how he/she will produce good performance and how he/she will adapt to regular training. In his role as scientific advisor, Mathieu assists Quebec sports federations in drafting new research and coming up with innovative projects.
