Call for Nominations – 2020 Board of Directors
The Canadian Cerebral Palsy Sports Association is pleased to announce the following Board positions are up for election at the CCPSA Annual General Meeting to be held on September 10th, 2020.
2020 Canadian Boccia Championships Cancelled due to COVID-19
In partnership with the Host Organizing Committee and our Provincial Partners, Boccia Canada have made the decision to cancel the 2020 Canadian Boccia Championships which were scheduled for November 18-22 in London, ON.
Canada Qualifies Four Boccia Athletes for Tokyo Paralympics
The BC4 Pair of Alison Levine (Montréal, QC), Iulian Ciobanu (Montréal, QC), and Marco Dispaltro (St-Jérôme, QC), and BC2 athlete Danik Allard (Bois-des-Filion, QC) have qualified for the boccia competition at the Tokyo Paralympic Games in 2021.

Boccia Canada Supports the Decision to Postpone the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics Amid Health Concerns from COVID-19
Boccia Canada commends and fully supports the decision of the Canadian Paralympic Committee to not send a team to the Tokyo 2020 Paralympics this summer. Demonstrating global leadership, Canada was the first nation to announce that they will not attend the Games due to the threat of COVID-19 on the health and well-being of athletes and all those involved in the Games.
